What We Do
One marketplace, three audiences
Peachtree is a multi-tenant real estate marketplace built for the Dutch market. Agencies, private owners, and property managers list properties on the platform; seekers browse, save, and submit offers.
Every lister is verified through KvK; agencies can additionally publish NVM, VBO, VPNL, and AFM credentials. Seekers can complete iDIN or Onfido identity verification, which unlocks faster responses from listers who prefer verified inquirers.
Beyond listing, we provide a tenant portal for ongoing leases — incident reporting, contracts, indexations, and payments — so the relationship continues after the keys are handed over.

Identity (iDIN / Onfido)
Listers and seekers can complete eIDAS-compliant identity verification through Dutch banking infrastructure.
KvK Company Check
Every agency lister is checked against the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Active KvK number is mandatory.
Kadaster (BAG + Eigendom)
Property addresses validated against the BAG registry. Ownership claims verified against Kadaster Eigendom records.
