1. Data Controller

Peachtree Real Estate Co. B.V. (KVK 89123456 · BTW NL854327890B01), Lange Voorhout 32, 2514 EE Den Haag, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. Data we collect

When you submit an offer, request a viewing, or send a question, we collect: your name, email address, phone (optional), the property of interest, your offer amount or preferred date (where applicable), and any message you provide.

3. Lawful basis

We process this data on the basis of (a) your consent, given when you submit a form, and (b) our legitimate interest in following up on real estate inquiries you initiate.

4. Retention

Inquiries are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, after which they are anonymised. Tenants of properties under our management have separate retention rules per the lease agreement.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time by contacting privacy@ptre.nl. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

6. Third parties

We do not sell personal data. We use processors for hosting and email; data processing agreements are in place. We may share data with our property management partner Rently · Beheer.app where you are a tenant.
