Everything about billing
Do seekers and tenants pay anything?+
Never. Browsing properties, contacting listers, and tenant-side features are free forever. Subscriptions exist solely for the people who LIST property — never the people looking for one.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — cancel from your billing dashboard with one click. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, then drop back to the Starter plan. No retention calls, no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?+
iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Annual invoices on request for Business plans. All payments are processed via a PCI-compliant provider — Peachtree never stores card data.
What happens if I downgrade and exceed the new plan limits?+
Existing listings stay live, but you cannot create new ones until you are within the new tier limit (or upgrade again). Your inquiry history remains intact. We never delete your data.
Do prices include BTW (VAT)?+
Prices listed are excluding 21% Dutch BTW. If you provide a valid EU VAT ID, BTW is reverse-charged. Invoices are issued monthly with line-item breakdowns.
Is there a free trial of Pro / Business?+
The Starter plan is free forever, so you can publish your first listing without any commitment. For Pro and Business plans we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first month — no questions asked.
Can I switch plans mid-month?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do I get an invoice for accounting?+
Yes — every charge generates a Dutch BTW-compliant invoice with your KvK number, sent to your billing email and downloadable from your billing dashboard.
